Welcome to the runYOGAroll Teacher Training, a 200-hour Online Certification Program designed to teach you how to effectively integrate Yoga, Myofascial Release Techniques and Running Mechanics.  Upon completion, you certify as a Yoga Teacher.

This comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training program will cover the fundamentals of Movement Mechanics that are important for runners, plus the benefits of incorporating Yoga and Rolling into a runner's training regimen.


You will learn how to safely and effectively lead yoga classes for runners, including sequences that focus on increasing flexibility, strength, and balance.


In addition to learning about Yoga For Runners, you will also be introduced to Myofascial Release Techniques using foam rollers, massage balls, and other tools. These techniques can help runners recover faster, prevent injuries, and enhance performance.


Throughout the training, you will have the opportunity to practice teaching and Receive Feedback from experienced instructors. You will also have access to ongoing support and resources to help you succeed as a runYOGAroll teacher.


Upon completing the runYOGAroll Teacher Training, you will be well-equipped to lead dynamic and transformative yoga classes specifically designed for runners.

Throughout the course, you will be supported and mentored by a team of experienced and dedicated YogaTeachers. In addition to your yoga practice and class sessions, you will also have the opportunity to participate in workshops and lectures on a variety of topics related to yoga teaching and personal growth.


This comprehensive course is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to become a confident and competent yoga instructor.


Over the course of 200 hours, you will delve deeply into the practice and philosophy of yoga. You will learn about the history and origins of yoga, as well as its various styles and traditions. You will also learn about the principles of alignment and how to safely and effectively teach yoga to students of all levels.
